JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly creative, organized, proactive, and strategic Content & Social Media Strategist to help expand and elevate a transformational coaching, education, and spiritual development brand.

This role is NOT simply about posting graphics or basic social media management.

We are looking for someone who can:

think proactively,

bring ideas,

repurpose teachings and transcripts into engaging content,

help organize content systems,

and support audience growth and visibility.

Our brand focuses on:

personal development,

spirituality,

leadership,

transformation,

coaching,

accountability,

mindset,

healing,

and education.

The ideal candidate understands how to take:

teachings,

transcripts,

classes,

videos,

coaching insights,

and transformational conversations…

and turn them into:

reels,

captions,

educational posts,

content ideas,

social media campaigns,

audience engagement content,

and organized content systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Reviewing transcripts, videos, classes, and teachings• Extracting powerful quotes, clips, hooks, and themes• Repurposing content into social media content• Helping maintain consistent posting schedules• Assisting with reels, captions, carousels, and educational content• Helping organize content calendars and content systems• Bringing proactive content and marketing ideas• Supporting visibility for classes, masterclasses, and offerings• Helping structure transformational and educational content• Assisting with audience engagement and social growth
