JOB OVERVIEW


We are a fast-growing real estate investment company generating millions in revenue annually, and we are looking for a high-level content operator to take over all social media execution.

This is NOT a basic VA role.

You will own:

Video editing (short-form + occasional long-form)
Content ideation (hooks, angles, trends)
Posting & distribution across platforms
Comment engagement
Repurposing content across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.

We want someone who can think, not just follow instructions.

???? Platforms:
Instagram (Reels + posts)
YouTube Shorts
YouTube (long-form, occasional)

???? Responsibilities:
Edit 1–2 short-form videos per day
Turn long-form clips into multiple short clips
Write hooks/titles/captions
Post content daily across platforms
Respond to comments/messages
Track what performs best and improve future content

???? Requirements:
Strong video editing skills (CapCut / Premiere / After Effects)
Understanding of viral short-form content (hooks, retention, pacing)
Strong English communication
Ability to take ownership and improve content over time

? Bonus:
Experience with real estate or business content
Experience growing accounts

???? Compensation:
$1,065.00 - $1,305.00 per month (based on skill)
Long-term role with growth opportunity

?? IMPORTANT

Write 5 viral hooks for:
“How we helped a homeowner avoid foreclosure”

STEP 2 (SHORTLIST ONLY):

If selected, you will receive a paid test project ($25–$50)

You will:

Receive raw video footage
Turn it into 5–10 short-form clips
Add hooks, captions, edits, pacing
Optimize for viral performance

PART 1: EDITING

Create 5–10 short-form videos

Each video must include:

Strong hook in first 1–2 seconds
Fast-paced cuts (no dead space)
Captions that improve retention
Zooms / pattern interrupts
PART 2: VARIATION

Each video must feel DIFFERENT:

Different hooks
Different angles
Different pacing
PART 3: THINKING

Answer:

Which video do you think will perform best and why?
How would you post these across Instagram + YouTube Shorts?
