JOB OVERVIEW

Location: Remote (Philippines preferred, but open to other locations)

Employment Type: Full-Time

We’re looking for a creative and organized Content & Social Media Manager to help grow multiple personal and business brands focused on entrepreneurship, real estate, finance, and lifestyle content.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, understands social media trends, and wants to grow alongside a fast-moving business.

Responsibilities

Video Editing

* Edit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
* Edit long-form videos and podcast episodes
* Create engaging hooks and retain viewer attention
* Add captions, B-roll, transitions, sound effects, and graphics
* Perform basic color correction and audio cleanup

Social Media Management

* Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms
* Write captions and optimize titles
* Organize hashtags and keywords
* Maintain a content calendar
* Monitor comments and engagement when requested

Content Repurposing

Turn one long-form piece of content into multiple assets, including:

* Short-form clips
* Carousel posts
* Stories
* Promotional content

Organization

* Organize footage in Google Drive
* Keep editing projects organized
* Track content status from filming through publishing

Research & Growth

* Research trends within real estate, business, entrepreneurship, and lifestyle
* Suggest content ideas
* Analyze top-performing posts and recommend improvements

Content You’ll Be Working On

You’ll help create content across several brands, including:

* Real estate investing, renovations, and rentals
* Accounting, finance, and entrepreneurship
* A business-focused podcast
* Lifestyle content featuring my wife, including travel, family, fashion, wellness, and day-in-the-life videos

Every brand has a different audience, so we’re looking for someone who can adapt editing styles while maintaining a high-quality, authentic feel.
