JOB OVERVIEW

About the role

We're looking for a Content & Social Media Manager to own our content strategy across our website and social channels, creating material that genuinely resonates with dental practice owners and staff.

This is a content-first role: strong, valuable writing matters more to us than posting frequency. You'll need to understand what dental practice managers and principals actually care about, day to day, and translate IT and security topics into content that's useful to them, not generic marketing filler.

What you'll be doing
- Create weekly blog content for the 32byte website, written specifically for a dental practice audience, then help turn that content into supporting social media posts and email newsletters
- Produce a monthly case study showcasing real client outcomes, and adapt it into a series of social media posts
- Manage our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, adapting content to suit each platform
- Help create more authentic, behind-the-scenes content — photos and short videos of the team — to bring some personality to our brand
- Support ongoing content and social media posting for a separate musician's website, as an additional content stream alongside your core work

What we're looking for
- Comfortable writing and editing content for a specific professional audience (healthcare, dental, or B2B services experience highly regarded)
- Confident managing a content calendar and juggling a few concurrent projects
- Experience running business social accounts (IG, FB, LinkedIn) — scheduling tools, platform-specific formatting, and engagement basics
- Comfortable with basic photo/video content
- Bonus: interest or experience in music/artist content, given the additional website you'll support
