Overview:
We’re hiring a Content Scheduling & Marketing Assistant to support a mobile app by managing, scheduling, and coordinating short-form content across multiple social accounts.
This is not a strategy role. We are not looking for someone to design funnels or reinvent our marketing.
We are looking for someone who can run the content engine:
- Schedule consistently
- Coordinate with content creators
- Follow up without being asked
- Keep things organized and moving
- Notice patterns and small issues before they become problems
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage content across multiple TikTok and Instagram accounts
- Coordinate with content creators to maintain a steady flow of posts
- Follow up proactively to ensure content is delivered on time
- Maintain clean, accurate documentation in Google Docs / Sheets
- Track tasks and timelines in Asana
- Communicate clearly via Slack
- Flag patterns or issues (e.g., posting times performing better, formatting inconsistencies, missed assets)
Availability Requirement
- Must be consistently available between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time.
- Primarily weekday work, with occasional flexibility during launches or promotions
- Reliability during core hours is essential
Required Experience
- Hands-on experience scheduling short-form content
- Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram workflows
- Strong multitasking and follow-through skills
- Ability to work independently without constant direction
- High attention to detail
Strongly Preferred
- Experience coordinating with content creators
- Marketing or content operations background
- Ability to notice when something feels “off” and flag it
- Someone whose work does not need to be constantly double-checked
Hours & Compensation
- Part-time, ongoing
