JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Content, SEO & Growth Marketing Specialist who can own our messaging, content strategy, and lead generation efforts. This role is both strategic and hands-on, working closely with the core team to drive growth through content, SEO, and marketing campaigns.

You do not need video editing or graphic design skills, we already have assistants handling those.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Content & Messaging
> Write blog posts and text-based content aligned with brand messaging
> Develop clear, consistent messaging across platforms
> Review and optimize content for SEO and conversions

2. SEO & Growth
> Implement SEO best practices (on-page, content optimization, keyword intent)
> Build and execute growth-focused marketing campaigns
> Support lead generation initiatives across channels

3. Community & Engagement
> Post and engage in Facebook groups using provided or member-generated content
> Ensure brand voice and positioning are consistent in community spaces

4. Lead Generation & Sales Support
> Assist with appointment setting and lead qualification
> Collaborate with sales or operations to improve conversion flow

5. Team & Operations Support
> Participate in the hiring process (initial screening / early interview rounds)
> Work closely with video editors and graphic designers (delegation, not production)

Requirements:
1. Strong experience in content writing and messaging
2. Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals
3. Background in growth marketing or lead generation
4. Comfortable managing campaigns and multiple initiatives
5. Organized, proactive, and able to work EST hours
6. Clear written communication skills

Nice to Have (Not Required)
1. Experience with startups or fast-growing brands
2. Familiarity with appointment setting or CRM workflows
3. Experience collaborating with remote teams
