JOB OVERVIEW

Time Commitment: ~3 hours per day

Deadline: Daily by 18:00 (6 PM) CET

Niches: Gamer Girl & Goth/Dominant

We don’t need "scrollers." We need analytical minds. Your job is to identify the most viral reel concepts globally, dissect why they work, and prepare them for our creators (Lucy & Lola) to recreate and outperform.

???? Your Responsibilities

Deep Research: Use two dedicated research accounts (Gamer Girl / Goth-Dom) to find high-performing formats on Instagram (Priority) and TikTok.

The "Why": You don’t just find links; you provide insights. You identify the hook, the pacing, and the visual triggers that cause a video to go viral.

Optimization: You tell us exactly how we can beat the original.

???? Daily Output Requirements

Quantity: Minimum 50 high-quality reels per day (total across both niches).

Format: Daily PDF delivered via WhatsApp group.

Deadline: Every single day by 18:00 CET (Non-negotiable).

Required Data per Reel:

Direct Link to the reel.

Virality Analysis: Why did this work? (Concrete points: Hook in first 3s, lighting, mimicry, timing, text overlays).

The Upgrade: At least 3 specific points on how we will make it better.

???? Your Profile

Master of Hooks: You understand exactly what stops the thumb in the first 1–3 seconds.

Niche Expertise: You live and breathe the Gamer Girl and Goth/Dom aesthetics.

Analytical Skills: You can explain complex viral triggers in short, clear sentences.

Discipline: 18:00 CET means 18:00 CET. We value reliability above all else.

Note: AI (ChatGPT) is allowed for polishing descriptions, but the content selection must be human-level top-tier.

?? Performance & Evaluation

This is a quality-first role.

If you send 100 random links that don't fit, you fail.

If you send 50 high-conversion reels, you win.

Strict Policy: Low quality results in one warning + training. If the quality doesn't improve immediately after, the collaboration will be terminated.

???? How to Apply

Send us a short profile and your general availability.

MANDATORY TEST TASK: Include 10 Reel Links for the "Gamer Girl" niche. For each link, provide:

The Link.

The Reason (Why did it go viral?).

3 Specific Improvements for our version.

Ready to hunt? Send your test task now.
