Role Overview:

We are looking for a Content Quality VA with a solid editing background. You will not only review and provide feedback but also make strategic edits directly to videos. You’ll help ensure every piece of content is strategically optimized to perform at its best.

Responsibilities:

- Review finished videos and provide detailed improvement suggestions.
- Directly make edits to videos to enhance hooks, structure, or strategic focus.
- Track content performance and analyze what works.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure balanced workloads and task distribution.
- Assist in creating guidelines and best practices for editors.
- Conduct feedback sessions or mini workshops to help the team grow.

Qualifications:

- Strong experience in video editing (specifically adobe premiere).
- A sharp eye for storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
- Analytical mindset to identify trends and improve content.
- Strong communication skills for clear feedback and collaboration.
- Eagerness to grow into a broader strategic role.
