JOB OVERVIEW

Hi! I'm Aaron. I run a personal brand where I teach people how to build a business with AI.

Salary: $120 per month, reviewed at 90 days

I make the content. I need one reliable person to draft the copy and get everything out the door.

Right now I do all of it myself. Writing, uploads, scheduling, across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. It eats my nights. I want to hand it off.

This starts small. If you're good, the hours and the pay go up.

What you'd do each week

Run my Claude prompts to draft YouTube descriptions, captions, hooks, and titles
Pull finished videos and graphics from a Google Drive folder
Schedule and upload everything across six platforms
Upload YouTube videos with the titles, descriptions, tags, and end screens
Post short clips to TikTok, Reels, and Shorts
Keep a simple content tracker updated
Use Claude Cowork to pull the numbers and build my report three times a week, using a template I give you

Working with Claude

Most of this job runs through Claude.

I'll give you a set of prompts I already use, loaded into a Project with my brand voice and my best performing posts. You'll run them to draft the copy.

You are not inventing the voice. I already built it. Your job is to run the prompt, read what comes back, and know when it's off. Claude will sometimes write something that reads fine but doesn't sound like me. I need you to catch that and run it again instead of shipping it.

You'll also work in Claude Cowork, the agent workspace that handles multi step tasks across files and connectors. That's what builds my report. If you've used Cowork before, say so and tell me what you built with it. If you haven't, tell me honestly and I'll train you. What I won't accept is someone claiming experience they don't have, because I'll find out in week one.

If you've used AI for real work and you have opinions about when the output is bad, you'll do well here. If you've only ever copied whatever the AI handed you, this isn't the role.

I provide the Claude account.

What you don't do

You won't set the strategy. I do that. You won't be on camera. You won't be on calls at odd hours. You won't be asked to build a following from scratch. This is careful, repeatable work.

Who I'm looking for

You've published across multiple social platforms before. Tell me which ones.
You notice details. Wrong thumbnail, missing caption, video posted the wrong way around. You catch those before I do.
You follow a written process exactly, and you ask when something isn't covered.
You reply within one business day.
Your English is good enough to read instructions, judge a draft, and write a clear update.

Basic Canva or Claude Design skills
You've worked with a content creator or a personal brand before

The setup

10 hours a week, flexible. I'm in California. Set your own hours as long as posts go out on schedule. Weekly check in over chat or Loom. Long term role, not a one off project.

How to apply
