Studio Reeljoy is a Singapore based social media agency focused on crafting personal branding and producing engaging short-form videos for brands, with a strong focus on Singapore property and real estate content. We help property agents and brands create scroll-stopping videos that educate, engage, and convert.
As we grow, we’re looking for someone who can help manage our clients' content workflow, support content creation, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
About the Role
This is a hands-on execution role combining project coordination, content writing, and AI-assisted photo editing.
You’ll play a key role in making sure:
• Content gets produced on time
• Visual quality is consistent and high
• Posts are ready to go out consistently

What You’ll Be Doing
1. Project Coordination
• Track all ongoing content projects (reels, edits, posts)
• Follow up with editors to ensure deadlines are met
• Schedule content for review and posting
• Maintain and update the content calendar
2. Content Production & Execution
• Format and prepare content for posting
• Create simple static posts using Canva
• Do basic video edits (cutting clips, adding text/subtitles)
3. AI Photo Editing & Image Preparation
• Use AI tools (e.g. Google Flow or similar) to remove clutter from property photos
• Enhance images with lighting, color correction, and minor touch-ups
• Ensure photos look clean, spacious, and market-ready
• Organize and prepare high-resolution image sets
• Maintain consistency in editing style across projects
4. Ad Campaign Execution
• Set up and run basic social media ad campaigns (Meta / Instagram)
• Prepare creatives and copy provided by strategist
• Monitor performance and report simple metrics
• Make basic optimizations based on guidance

You’ll be working with content related to:
• Property buying/selling in Singapore
• Real estate tips, trends, and insights
*You don’t need to be an expert but you should be:
• Be able to understand basic content context
• Follow provided direction accurately
• Be open to learning quickly
