About the Role
We are looking for a Content Producer who can write high-volume, high-quality scripts for short-form and long-form video content — and assist during on-site shoot days in Cavite.
This is not a passive desk job. You will be producing content that reaches millions of Filipinos every month. We move fast, we publish consistently, and we expect the same from our team.

What You'll Do
Script Writing (Remote)

80 Talking Head Short-Form Scripts/month (20/week) — Hook ? Main Point ? CTA format
60 Content Pillar Genre Scripts/month (15/week) — following approved framework
4 Long-Form Video Scripts/month (1/week) — Hook ? Body ? CTA structure
8 SOP Documents/month (2/week) — Notion-ready format with Loom/TLDV walkthrough recording

Shoot Day Assistance (On-Site, Cavite)

4 Shoot Days/month (1/week)
Full-day on-site assistance during scheduled production days
Location: Cavite area
Requirements

Cavite-based (Imus, Dasmariñas, Bacoor, Gen. Trias, Kawit, or nearby areas preferred)
Strong Filipino and English writing skills
Able to write in a conversational, relatable tone (Taglish is a plus)
Comfortable with high-volume output and weekly deadlines
Basic understanding of short-form content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
Willing to assist on scheduled shoot days (advance notice given)
Familiar with Notion, Google Docs, or willing to learn
Can record Loom/TLDV walkthroughs for SOP submissions


Nice to Have

Background in marketing, copywriting, or media production
Experience writing scripts for content creators or brands
Knows how to research trending topics for content
