JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a genuinely creative, internet-obsessed Content Planner / Social Strategist to join our team across three Australian brands in beauty, lifestyle and e-commerce.

Beauty/e-commerce experience is a big plus.

What you'll do
Build monthly and weekly content plans across our brands
Come up with Reels, TikToks, carousels, campaigns and social concepts
Write strong hooks, scripts and content briefs
Keep across trends without blindly copying them
Research competitors and find opportunities
Create detailed shoot lists for our Australian team — exactly what we need to film, angles, shots, dialogue, etc.
Brief our AI Content Creator on assets they need to produce
Work with our Paid Ads Specialist to turn winning ads into more creative concepts
Plan launches, promotions and campaigns
Organise our content and asset library
Help schedule and manage organic content
Review what's actually performing and use that to plan what we make next

The brands

You'll work across:

SOAK Bar + Beauty — a Melbourne beauty salon + cocktail bar, with Sydney launching soon.

Palm & Sole — a new premium hand, nail and foot aftercare brand launching in Australia.

Clean Coat — a jacket cleaning wipe made for removing everyday marks like makeup, coffee, food and dirt.

Three very different brands = lots of room to be creative.


Paid trial

Shortlisted candidates will complete a paid trial using one of our real brands.

We'll give you access to the brand, existing assets and information and ask you to put together a small content direction so we can see how you think.
