Role Description:

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Content Operations Specialist to help transform raw text from external sources into clean, structured content for our platform. This role relies heavily on using AI tools to process, refine, and restructure documents according to precise guidelines.

You will be responsible for guiding AI tools, validating their output, correcting subtle errors, and ensuring that every document meets strict formatting and structural standards. This is not a software development role. It is an operations role focused on accuracy, consistency, and high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Use AI tools to clean, format, and restructure text documents from external sources.

Remove unwanted characters, artifacts, and formatting inconsistencies.

Apply detailed formatting and structural rules to documents.

Convert content into standardized JSON formats used by the platform.

Review AI-generated output for subtle errors and correct them manually when needed.

Ensure consistency and accuracy across large batches of documents.

Follow and refine written content-processing procedures.

Flag edge cases and ambiguities in source material or formatting rules.

Qualifications:

Strong ability to follow detailed, nuanced instructions.

Comfort working with AI tools as part of daily workflows.

Exceptional attention to detail and consistency.

Strong written communication skills.

Ability to stay focused on repetitive, precision-based tasks.

Comfort working with structured formats like JSON (no coding required, but accuracy is essential).

Organized, reliable, and process-oriented.

Interest in knowledge platforms, structured content, or information systems is a plus.
