JOB OVERVIEW

I’m hiring a Content & Operations Manager to support a growing education and consulting business in the dental industry.

This role combines podcast production, social media content support, and backend organization. I’m looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable balancing creative tasks with structured operational work.

Primary Responsibilities

Podcast & Content:
• Edit podcast audio and video (required)
• Upload episodes to the hosting platform
• Write clear show notes
• Pull quotes and key takeaways
• Create short-form video clips (Reels)
• Draft Instagram and LinkedIn captions
• Maintain a simple content calendar
• Assist with guest coordination

Operations & Backend
• Update website pages (WordPress preferred
• Assist with email outreach
• Support CRM/Dubsado tasks
• Track inquiries and maintain basic spreadsheets
• Ensure launches and updates are implemented fully

Required Skills
• Good communication
• Podcast editing experience
• Canva proficiency
• Short-form video editing
• Strong written English
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Comfortable learning new tools

Bonus:
• Ability to help strategize and bring ideas or insights to the business
• WordPress editing experience
• SEO knowledge
• Email marketing experience
• Familiarity with CRM platforms

About the Business

You will be supporting a U.S.-based healthcare professional who provides education, consulting, and wellness training for dental professionals and teams. The work focuses on ergonomics, stress management, leadership, and professional development.

This is mission-driven work supporting clinicians and healthcare teams.

5-10 hours per week with the opportunity to grow.
