JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing digital marketing agency and media company that publishes content across multiple websites and channels. We are looking for detail-oriented, reliable Content Publishing Assistants to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content operations, publishing workflows, and making sure every piece of content is polished, organized, and published accurately.

We need tea ---------- mbers who follow instructions carefully, communicate well, and take ownership of their work.

Responsibilities

Your tasks may include:

• Uploading and publishing blog content in WordPress
• Formatting articles for readability and consistency
• Optimizing and adding images (including WebP conversion)
• Adding categories, tags, and metadata
• Creating and inserting internal links
• Formatting Mailchimp newsletters
• Scheduling newsletters and social media content
• Organizing Google Drive folders and files
• Creating simple graphics in Canva when needed
• Updating website pages and content as required
• Supporting general content publishing and marketing tasks

Requirements

We're looking for someone who has:

• A degree or background in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Strong experience using WordPress for content publishing and updates
• Understanding of basic on-page SEO best practices
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity to assist with research and content workflows
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace (Google Drive, Docs, Chat, Sheets, etc.)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions carefully
• Strong written communication and organizational skills
• Experience working with blogs or content publishing workflows is preferred

Work Schedule

• Approximately 20 hours per week initially
• Long-term opportunity for the right candidate
• Potential for increased responsibilities and hours over time
