Content Marketing Manager (Strategy + Execution)

Remote | Part-Time (could grow into FT) | Growth-Focused Role

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager who doesn’t just “post content”—but owns the strategy, messaging, and execution across multiple platforms for multiple brands.

If you’re someone who understands how content actually drives leads, builds authority, and converts—this role is for you.

About Us: We are a fast-growing marketing agency helping service-based businesses scale through paid ads, funnels, and high-converting marketing systems. We also operate in adjacent creative and entertainment companies, giving you the opportunity to work across multiple brands, audiences, and creative formats.

What You’ll Own: You will be responsible for building and executing a full content ecosystem designed to attract, nurture, and convert ideal clients for 3-4 companies. Each businesses is unique and requires it's own content strategy, style, tone, and plan.

Key Responsibilities:

>Develop and manage a content strategy across platforms
>Own and maintain the content/marketing calendar
>Create and/or oversee SEO-driven blog content
>Email marketing (newsletters, nurture sequences, promos)
>Social media content (primarily LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
>YouTube content (scripts, repurposing, titles, descriptions)
>Repurpose long-form content into multi-channel assets
>Collaborate with leadership to extract ideas and turn them into content
>Optimize content for SEO + AI discoverability (with help of our SEO manager)
>Track performance and iterate based on what drives leads and engagement

What We’re Looking For: We want someone who can think like a marketer, not just a writer.

You’re a great fit if you:
>Have experience managing content across multiple channels
>Understand SEO, content strategy, and conversion-driven marketing
>Can take a rough idea and turn it into polished, high-performing content
>Are highly organized and can own a calendar and deadlines
>Know how to repurpose content efficiently (blog ? email ? social ? video)
>Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
>Have experience using AI tools to enhance (not replace) your thinking

Bonus Points If You:
>Have experience in agency, coaching, or service-based businesses
>Understand funnels, lead generation, and paid traffic ecosystems
>Have worked with tools like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar
>Have experience optimizing content for Google + AI search (ChatGPT, etc.)

>Increased inbound leads driven by content
>A well-organized, proactive content engine that runs smoothly
