JOB OVERVIEW

We're a growing lifestyle real estate brand. Think TV, a book on the way, YouTube, podcast, and social, built around helping people buy homes (and happiness) abroad. We need one person to own the marketing engine so the founders can be the talent, not the production crew.

This is a doer role, not a delegator role. You'll be the connective tissue between the founders, our brand agency, and the content that actually ships.

What you'll do:
Run the content engine
Own the content calendar across YouTube, podcast, Instagram/reels, and email
Turn founder shoot days into a steady pipeline of published content: plan, capture, edit (or manage editors), post, repeat
Keep the founders on camera and out of the weeds: prep talking points, not scripts — authentic beats polished here
Grow the audience
Drive YouTube subscriber and podcast audience growth with a clear monthly plan
Track what's working (and what isn't) and adjust. Simple reporting, real numbers
Build toward sponsorship and advertising revenue as the audience scales
Coordinate the brand
Be the day-to-day point on campaigns, website copy, one-sheets, and launches
Keep everything consistent with our brand voice and language
Support big moments, starting with a book launch, with promotion plans and asset coordination
Keep it moving
Manage freelancers/vendors (editors, designers) as needed
Own deadlines so nothing sits waiting on the founders

Who you are:
4–7 years in content marketing, social media, or brand marketing, ideally where you were the one making things happen, not just planning them
You've grown a YouTube channel, podcast, or social audience and can show the numbers
Strong editorial instincts: you know a good hook, a good story, and a good thumbnail
AI-native marketer. You actively use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI platforms to research, ideate, repurpose content, improve workflows, and move faster. You experiment with new tools on your own rather than waiting for someone to teach you. This is a requirement, not a bonus.
Exceptional native-level English writing, editing, and communication skills
Organized and self-directed; comfortable working with busy founders who need you to run with things
Bonus: experience in real estate, travel/lifestyle, or personal-brand-driven businesses
Bonus: hands-on editing chops (CapCut, Premiere, Descript, etc.)
Bonus: working Spanish

The setup:
Open to fully remote. We care about the work, not the postcode. Our brand is about international living, so people who have actually built a life abroad tend to understand what we are selling.

This is a manager role with real ownership, not a director role with a team underneath it. You will be doing the work as well as running it.

What success looks like in the first 6 months:
Content is publishing on a consistent cadence without the founders chasing it
YouTube and podcast numbers are trending up with a clear growth plan
The book launch has a real promotion engine behind it
The founders spend their marketing time on camera, not in spreadsheets
