JOB OVERVIEW

We are building a modern hiring platform that helps candidates get discovered beyond the traditional resume and helps employers review people more efficiently before interviews.

We are looking for a highly capable Content Manager / AI Content Producer who can take ownership of our daily content engine across short-form video, social media, and blog content.

This role is for someone who is creative, fast, organized, and comfortable using AI tools to produce high-quality content at scale. We are not looking for a passive assistant. We want someone who can think, execute, and improve content performance over time.

What You Will Do:
- Create, edit, and publish 3 to 5 high-quality short-form videos per day
- Use AI video tools such as HeyGen, Runway, Synthesia, CapCut, Canva, or similar tools
- Turn raw ideas into finished video content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Repurpose one content idea into multiple formats and platforms
- Write strong hooks, captions, CTAs, and supporting text for each post
- Help turn video topics into blog post ideas and written content briefs
- Coordinate screenshots, visuals, and app/product assets into videos
- Maintain a premium, modern, credible brand feel across all content
- Track what types of content perform well and suggest improvements
- Organize content files, scripts, drafts, and publishing calendars
- Work quickly without making the content feel generic or low-quality

- Hiring pain points and better hiring workflows
- Comparison-style content around hiring and job search tools
- Candidate success-style storytelling
- Profession, city, and salary/rate-based content
- Blog content that supports long-term SEO

- You are excellent at turning ideas into polished content
- You understand short-form video pacing and what holds attention
- You can make content feel human and believable, not robotic
- You are comfortable working with AI generation tools and editing tools
- You care about both speed and quality
- You can operate independently and keep content moving daily
- You understand how to adapt content for different platforms
- You are organized and can handle multiple ideas at once

Required Skills:
- Strong short-form video editing
- Strong social media content sense
- Experience with AI video tools such as HeyGen, Runway, Synthesia, or similar
- Experience with editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar
- Ability to write clean, persuasive English captions and scripts
- Ability to create content that feels premium, modern, and engaging
- Strong file and workflow organization

Nice to Have:
- Experience with hiring, recruiting, remote work, careers, or marketplace products
- Basic blog/content writing ability
- Experience repurposing video into SEO-supporting written content
- Experience managing posting calendars or social scheduling tools
- Experience using Canva, Figma, or similar for lightweight visual work

Output Expectations:
- 3 to 5 polished videos per day
