JOB OVERVIEW

**Content Manager — Dreaver (Remote)**

We're Dreaver. We sell treadmills for the home, direct to people who want to move more without a gym membership. We run creative and ads across the Netherlands, Denmark and Sweden. Right now our content lives across a Google Drive. Notion Page and email, all has grown faster than our structure has. We need someone to fix that, and then keep it fixed and even make it better where you can!

**What you'd be doing**
- Owning our Content Drive: naming, folders, versioning, all of it. Not a one-time cleanup, an ongoing system that stays usable as more content comes in every week.
- Matching content to the task that needs it. When an editor needs footage for a specific ad, you know where it is, or you know who to ask.
- Chasing people for content. Founders, UGC creators, external partners, they don't always deliver on time or in the right format. You follow up, you don't wait to be asked twice.
- Connecting UGC, content and editors so nothing sits waiting. If an editor is blocked because a clip hasn't landed yet, that's on you to catch and fix before it becomes a delay.
- Owning deadlines across the content pipeline. Not doing the editing or the shooting yourself, but making sure everyone else's can work on their parts.

**What you bring**
Google Drive fluency: real folder architecture, not "I use Drive sometimes." You've organized shared drives for a team before, not just your own files.
A tracker mind. Whether that's Asana, Notion, Sheets or something else, you default to writing things down and following up, not remembering it in your head.
Comfortable chasing busy people for deliverables without being annoying about it. You know how to write a follow-up that gets a reply.
Written English that's clear and direct. You'll be coordinating with team members and creators across NL, DK and SE markets, so you don't need to speak those languages, but you do need to communicate clearly in English with everyone in between.
