## Social Media Content Creator & Video Editor (Long-Term)

Hi! I'm William, and I own a growing mobile detailing business in central Pennsylvania, USA. We began in January of '26, and have grown significantly in the 8 months the company has been live, and are looking to add a member to the team.

We're looking for someone who can take our social media content to the next level. This isn't just a video editing position—we're looking for someone who enjoys being creative, developing content ideas, and helping build a brand.

We're currently building our own content management platform to streamline our workflow, but right now we need someone who can help us create high-quality content that stands out.

### What You'll Do

* Edit short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others.
* Create both cinematic and fast-paced, engaging content
* Help develop content ideas and trends we should capitalize on
* Manage and plan our content calendar
* Tell us exactly what footage you need to create great videos
* Coach us on how to capture better content while we're working in the field
* Help maintain a consistent brand style across all platforms

### What We're Looking For

* Strong portfolio of short-form video editing
* Experience creating viral or highly engaging social media content
* Good understanding of pacing, hooks, captions, music, and storytelling
* Comfortable taking initiative instead of waiting for instructions
* Organized and dependable
* Fluent in English and easy to communicate with

We don't expect you to simply edit clips—we're looking for someone who wants to become part of the team and help shape our online presence.
