NOW HIRING: Content Lead
WFH | Full-time | PH night shift | Remote

A Davao-based company is hiring a Content Lead to manage content production, creative quality, and brand consistency across multiple digital marketing accounts.

You will oversee the content workflow from planning and creative direction through production, review, and final delivery. You will coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and other team members to ensure that content is accurate, consistent, and delivered on schedule.

This is a hands-on role. You will contribute to content strategy, copywriting, creative briefs, and quality control, not simply assign tasks or approve finished materials.

We are looking for someone who understands how to create professional, corporate-looking content that communicates clearly, supports marketing objectives, and encourages customers to take action.

You should also be familiar with the software, AI-assisted tools, and systems used to plan, produce, review, and manage digital content efficiently.

Schedule: PH night shift, aligned with US business hours. Exact schedule to be confirmed.

Compensation: PHP 45,000–65,000 per month, depending on experience and portfolio.

Requirements:
• At least three years of experience in content creation, creative production, or digital marketing
• Proven experience managing content production across multiple accounts or brands
• Strong copywriting, editing, and creative briefing skills
• Ability to maintain brand consistency across graphics, videos, and digital platforms
• Experience coordinating graphic designers, video editors, or other creative team members
• Familiarity with content planning, project management, and approval workflows
• Working knowledge of design, video editing, and AI-assisted content tools
• Ability to review creative work for accuracy, readability, visual quality, and marketing effectiveness
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Excellent written English and communication skills
• Experience with US-based clients or marketing agencies is an advantage
