About Us:
We’re a fast-scaling DTC supplement brand with a high-output creative operation. We move fast, we care deeply about creative quality, and we’re building a team of people who are genuinely obsessed with content — not just managing it.

The Role:
We’re looking for a full-time Content & Partnerships Manager to sit at the intersection of creator management, influencer partnerships, and organic content strategy. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Creative Strategist to bring content ideas to life — from initial brief to final deliverable.

This isn’t a “schedule posts and write captions” role. This is for someone who lives and breathes content, knows what’s trending before it peaks, and gets real satisfaction from seeing a creative idea execute perfectly.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Briefing content creators — translating creative strategies into clear, actionable briefs covering B-roll shot lists, talking head scripts, testimonial formats, and original content concepts
- Managing creator relationships — owning the full workflow from outreach and onboarding to deliverable tracking and content labeling
- Managing influencer & brand partnerships — identifying, vetting, and managing ongoing partnerships that align with our brand
- Collaborating with our Creative Strategist — receiving creative direction and ensuring it gets executed accurately and on time by the right creators
- Staying ahead of trends — you should have a genuine pulse on what’s working on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts right now

You’re the Right Fit If…
- You’re organically obsessed — you scroll TikTok and think “we should do that” before you think anything else
- You’ve managed UGC creators or influencers before and know how to get great output from them
- You can read a creative strategy and immediately understand what the content should look and feel like
- You’re organized enough to manage multiple creators and deadlines without things slipping
Bonus: you’ve grown or managed an organic social presence for a brand and can point to real results

Nice to Haves (Big Bonus):
- Experience with TikTok organic growth for a DTC or e-commerce brand
- You’ve run or been deeply involved in a UGC / creator program
- You think in content ideas naturally — you’re always noticing hooks, angles, and formats in the wild

What We’re NOT Looking For
- Someone who just schedules content and calls it management
- Someone who needs every idea handed to them
- Someone who isn’t genuinely excited by creative content
