About the role
You will run NanoHertz's social presence and write for our blog alongside our marketing team, while owning a dedicated cold email outreach campaign end to end, including prospecting, first-touch drafting, follow-ups, and reporting. This role demands native-level written English and technical fluency: you must be able to read semiconductor, hardware, and AI content and turn it into sharp, accurate, engaging posts, articles, and emails.
What you'll do
Social & content
- Run day-to-day social media for NanoHertz, primarily LinkedIn — company page and ghost-written founder/executive posts.
- Build and manage the content calendar; repurpose long-form technical material into posts, threads, and briefs for graphics.
- Write blog posts and articles for the NanoHertz blog, working with our marketing team on topics, angles, and publishing cadence.
- Ghost-write LinkedIn posts in distinct voices on semiconductor, hardware, and AI topics.
- Track engagement and audience growth, and report on what's working.
- Create graphics to accompany LinkedIn posts
Cold outreach
- Own our cold email program end-to-end.
- Build and maintain prospect lists: research target accounts, identify the right contacts, and keep data clean and segmented.
- Write first-touch emails that get replies: specific, short, and credible to a technical buyer.
- Own the follow-up sequences: timing, cadence, and messaging variation across each touch.
- Manage sending infrastructure and deliverability; run A/B tests on subject lines, angles, and sequence structure.
- Report weekly on pipeline metrics: sends, open and reply rates, meetings booked. Use them to adjust targeting and copy.
Must-have qualifications
- Excellent written English that is clean, persuasive, and native-level in quality.
- Technical proficiency: able to read and accurately summarize B2B technical, semiconductor, hardware, or AI content without misrepresenting it.
- Hands-on social media management experience, especially LinkedIn for B2B audiences.
- Demonstrated cold email experience: you have written sequences that got replies and can talk about what worked and why.
- Strong copywriting across formats: social posts, long-form blog content, and email.
- Comfortable with numbers: you can read campaign data and turn it into a decision.
Nice-to-have
- Experience with outreach tooling
- Experience ghost-writing for executives or founders.
- Basic design skills (e.g. Canva) and comfort with analytics dashboards.
- Familiarity with the semiconductor / deep-tech landscape.
