JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing coaching and personal brand company looking for a skilled, self-directed Content and Funnel Specialist who knows how to create content that converts not just content that looks good.

This is a part-time role with real growth potential, performance bonuses, and a long term path for the right person. We are not looking for someone we have to train from the ground up. We are looking for someone who already has the skills and is ready to apply them!!!!

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Script and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok) with a focus on conversion and audience growth
Write captions and hooks that speak directly to our target demographic and drive action
Research trends and develop monthly content calendars across multiple brands
Schedule and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Track and report content performance and analytics weekly
Manage DMs, comments, and community engagement
Build and manage ManyChat automations
Use Go High Level to manage CRM, tags, automations, offer pages, and backend systems
Organize content folders and assets in Google Drive
Support the build-out of funnels and offer pages as the business scales

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience with conversion-focused content for coaches or high-ticket offers
Strong English writing and communication skills
Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Proficient in Canva and CapCut or comparable editing tools
Go High Level proficiency is required you must be able to hit the ground running
Experience with ManyChat setup and automation
Good with Slack
Ability to manage content across multiple brands simultaneously
Strong understanding of analytics and how to use data to improve performance
Organized, deadline-driven, and able to work independently
Stable internet with backup

WORK DETAILS:

Part-time, flexible schedule
1 to 2 weekly check-ins during Philippine daytime hours

COMPENSATION:

Starting at $350 per month
Pay increase and performance bonuses after 90 days based on results
This is just trial pay. We have had tea ---------- mbers 4x their pay in 6 months by showing us their work ethic, performance, conversions.
