We provide an 80% done-for-you content and monetization system that helps creators grow, go viral, and turn views into income using short-form content, AI tools, and proven strategies. Our clients are typically beginners or early-stage creators looking to build their brand, gain followers, and generate income online.

We focus on structure, accountability, and long-term growth.

TASKS

Content & Client Feedback

- Review 50-100 short-form client videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) per day in our Slack feedback channel -before they are published
- Give constructive, actionable feedback on hooks (verbal/headline/visual), scripting, pacing, editing, and CTA, making sure each client knows exactly how to improve
- Cross-reference each piece of content with client niche, experience, and goals as outlined in their files
- Review previous feedback to ensure consistency and avoid contradictions
- Quality-control content ideas created by our Content Research Experts before delivery to the client, ensuring fit with niche, experience, and likely performance
- Oversee workload balance among Content Research Experts and make sure no one on the team is overloaded or underutilized
- Respond to client questions or tech issues in Slack within 24 hours
- Be tough but fair—only approve content that meets quality standards

Progress Tracking

- Complete daily End-of-Day (EOD) reports
- Attend daily team meeting (mandatory, 3pm CET)
- Keep internal feedback and client progress records up to date

REQUIREMENTS (MUST-HAVE)

- C1+ English (written), with perfect grammar and clear, professional responses
- Significant experience creating or reviewing short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable internet and a quiet, professional home workspace
- Accountability mindset and deadline commitment
- Long-term commitment, eager to master a workflow and have direct impact on client success

BONUS SKILLS (NOT REQUIRED)

- Experience supporting creators and social media beginners, especially ages 45+
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, CapCut, etc.
- Strong understanding of trends/strategy for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
