We are looking for a reliable, detail-driven Content Executive based in the Philippines to support our growing client delivery team. This role will begin on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to become full-time as responsibilities expand.

The Role

This is a hands-on content production role. You will support the creation, editing, formatting, and quality-checking of marketing content for recruitment agency clients.

This is not a purely creative "blank page" role. We need someone who can take briefs, follow structure, adapt to different brand tones, produce clean first drafts, and reduce the amount of revision required internally.

You'll work across a mix of written and content-support tasks, helping the team produce high-quality deliverables efficiently and consistently.

Key Responsibilities

- Write and adapt content for different recruitment agency clients
- Produce first drafts for: LinkedIn posts, website copy, blogs, guides / lead magnets, brochures / PDFs, email copy, landing page copy
- Repurpose long-form content into shorter pieces across channels
- Follow brand guidelines, messaging documents, and client tone of voice
- Carry out self-proofing and QA before submitting work
- Make amendments based on internal feedback
- Help format and polish documents so they are client-ready
- Support content research for client assets and campaigns
- Work from briefs, templates, examples, and internal processes
- Keep work organised and communicate clearly on progress, blockers, and deadlines

Preferred Experience

- Experience working with agencies or multiple brands
- Experience writing B2B content
- Experience in recruitment, staffing, or professional services marketing
- Familiarity with Canva, Google Docs, Google Sheets, ChatGPT, or similar tools
- Experience formatting lead magnets, guides, or sales enablement assets
