Allingham Management is a boutique artist management and consulting company built for emerging and mid-level electronic music artists — dubstep, drum & bass, bass music, trap, house, techno, and beyond. We pair hands-on artist development with real operational discipline: release strategy, branding, content systems, industry outreach, and accountability.
Our model is education-first. No artist is turned away because of income or status — our job is to create access, not gatekeep it. We're a small, founder-led team in an early-growth stage, which means the people who join us now help shape how the company runs.
The Role:
We're looking for a Content Editor to turn raw footage and photos into the behind-the-scenes, educational, and artist-facing content that runs across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. This is the visual half of how Allingham builds trust with artists before they ever book a call — polished but never corporate, and never generic.
You won't be generating concepts from a blank page every time — you'll usually be working from raw show footage, interviews, or a rough content brief. Your job is to know what's actually worth cutting around, pace it so people don't scroll past it, and make sure everything that goes out looks unmistakably like Allingham.
What You'll Do:
- Edit raw video and photo content — show footage, behind-the-scenes clips, interviews — into publish-ready short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Cut longer-form YouTube content (educational pieces, artist features) from raw sessions and interviews
- Apply Allingham's visual identity consistently — black/white/gold palette, brand type treatments, captioning style — across every piece of content
- Work from content briefs and rough footage dumps to build a real posting cadence, not one-off pieces
- Organize and archive raw and finished footage so nothing usable gets lost or re-shot unnecessarily
What You Bring:
- Real short-form editing skill — pacing, hooks, captions, sound design — using CapCut or an equivalent tool, with work you can actually show us
- An eye for visual brand consistency — you can take a style guide and apply it correctly instead of drifting from it cut to cut
- Genuine fluency in electronic and bass music culture — you know what a good drop, a good crowd moment, or a good festival clip actually looks and feels like, because you're already watching this content for fun
How to Apply:
Send a short note on why you're a fit, along with a few examples of edited work (raw-to-final if you have it). Tell us about a piece of music-scene content you think is genuinely well made — we want to know what you consider good.
