We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Content Flow Manager to keep our content pipeline running smoothly from draft to publish. You will play a key role in coordinating between writers, designers, and other tea
This is not a writing-from-scratch role but most of the content and keywords will already be generated. Your focus will be on editing, formatting, quality checking, and making sure each piece is ready to go live on time and in the right format for its platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Review drafts for grammar, clarity, spelling, and basic tone alignment before they move forward.
- Format and adapt content for different platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Reddit, blog, website).
- Coordinate workflow between writers, designers, and stakeholders to keep projects on track.
- Run final quality checks on links, formatting, images, and accessibility basics before publishing.
- Maintain content calendars and track the progress of each piece to avoid delays.
- Brief image creation (AI-generated or designer) and review visual assets for consistency.
- Ensure published content follows brand guidelines and style preferences.
- Provide clear feedback and request revisions where needed.
- Work with GTM engineers to maintain core search keyword and phrase content so that rankings targets are not diluted
Must-Have Skills
- Strong English grammar and editing skills with an eye for detail.
- Proven experience editing or coordinating digital content.
- Comfortable working across multiple platforms and content formats.
- Highly organised, with the ability to track and manage many moving parts.
- Good communication skills and confident in following up, requesting revisions, and keeping projects moving.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Trello, or similar workflow systems.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Understanding of tone and brand voice, with the ability to make light edits to match a “challenger” or opinion-led style.
- Experience adapting content for different platforms (LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.).
- Experience briefing or reviewing images and visual assets.
What Success Looks Like
- Content moves from draft to publish quickly, with minimal back-and-forth.
- Every post is error-free, properly formatted, and ready to publish on time.
- The wider team spends more time on strategy and creation while you handle the workflow.
