JOB OVERVIEW

Video Business Mastery helps established video business owners move from inconsistent, referral-led work to predictable, strategy-driven growth.

We are looking for a Content Editor to help us turn real client results into high-quality social proof content.

This is not a basic editing role. You will be working with:

Client testimonials
Zoom recordings
Sales call snippets
Written feedback from clients

Your job is to identify the most compelling ---------- nts and turn them into:

Short-form video clips (Instagram / ads)
Clean, well-designed story slides (Canva / Photoshop)
Simple, high-impact proof assets

This isn't just about editing clips, you need to recognise what actually makes someone stop and pay attention.

We are looking for someone who:

Can listen to long recordings and identify the strongest ---------- nts
Understands what makes a testimonial persuasive (not just “nice sounding”)
Has a good eye for clean, modern design (nothing cluttered or outdated)
Can follow structure, but also use judgment

Key Responsibilities:

Review long-form content (Zoom calls, testimonials)
Extract the most valuable and persuasive segments
Edit short-form video clips (30–90 seconds)
Create Instagram story slides from written or spoken testimonials
Organise and label content clearly for the team

Requirements:

Strong English comprehension (critical)
Experience with video editing (Premiere Pro or similar)
Experience with Canva or Photoshop
Good visual taste - simple, clean, modern
Ability to work independently and make decisions

Compensation:

Starting at one day per week. $40 per day.

Opportunity to grow into a long-term role.
