We are a Pickleball Training Paddle Company helping players of all levels improve their game through innovative training paddles and systems. Our mission is to make pickleball training accessible, effective, and fun for everyone—from casual players to aspiring pros.

The Role
We’re looking for a Content Editor, Ads & Funnel Specialist to take existing video/photo content and transform it into high-performing social media ads and marketing funnels. This role combines creative editing with digital marketing strategy, helping us grow our presence across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube while building scalable customer funnels through Go High Level (GHL).

Responsibilities

Edit and repurpose video/photo content into compelling ad creatives.

Design and manage Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube ad campaigns.

Build and optimize funnels, landing pages, and automations in Go High Level.

Track ad and funnel performance, adjusting for maximum ROI.

Stay up to date with digital marketing and sports/fitness content trends.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in video editing and ad creation.

Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and YouTube Ads.

Hands-on experience with Go High Level (funnels + automations).

Strong creative eye for sports, lifestyle, or fitness brands.

Self-starter who can take ideas from concept to completion.

Bonus: Interest in pickleball, tennis, or sports marketing.
