JOB OVERVIEW

As the Content Distribution Specialist you are responsible for transforming our original content into engaging, platform-optimized media and strategically distributing it across multiple digital channels. This role combines video editing, content repurposing and digital publishing to maximize reach, engagement and audience growth.

Responsibilities:
- Clipping and editing long-form content into short-form, high-performing videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
- Add captions, transitions, music and visual enhancements to increase engagement and retention
- Publish content across social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and X (Twitter), Reddit
- Distribute content by sharing videos and links across blogs, online communities and forums
- Repurpose our original content
- Stay up-to-date with platform trends, algorithms and best practices

Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) *whichever you feel most comfortable
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends
- Ability to identify viral ---------- nts within our content and create engaging clips
- Excellent time management and ability to meet daily posting deadlines
- Experience growing social media accounts
- Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative

We will guide you in the right direction with clear creative direction prior to starting.

Compensation:
50 clips a week x $2 per video = $100/week
*Payment is made upon completion of all 50 acceptable clips.
Revisions: 2 max
