JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing pet wellness brand with two properties — a facility and a media brand. Both are expanding. Both need a consistent content voice.

This is not a standard content writing role. The person we are looking for understands that content without amplification means nothing. You write to be cited, not just ranked.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Write original, experience-driven articles and features across two brands
- Pitch and place content on relevant pet, wellness, and lifestyle publications
- Build authentic brand mentions on high-authority, relevant domains
- Participate in online communities — Reddit, Quora, niche pet forums — where our audience lives
- Monitor how our brands appear across AI platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity
- Track brand search growth and citation quality — not vanity metrics
- Refresh and update existing content to stay current and AI-readable

YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF

- You have published writing samples you can show us
- You have a genuine personal connection to animals
- You understand the difference between SEO and GEO/AEO
- You are self-directed and do not need constant supervision
- You write for people first and structure for AI second
