Pine Crest Fabrics (PCF) is a Portland, OR-based performance fabric supplier serving activewear, swimwear, gymnastics, and dance apparel brands. We are looking for a talented, self-directed Content & Design VA to join our marketing team on a part-time contract basis. Compensation is negotiable based on skill and experience.
You will work directly with our Marketing and Product Director to produce polished visual content across social media,
Responsibilities include:
Design static posts, carousels, and Stories for Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
Adapt content across platform sizes and aspect ratios
Retouch and optimize fabric and lifestyle photography for web and social use
Design
Edit short-form video clips and Reels using Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent
Support seasonal campaigns, trade show materials, and collection launches
Required skills:
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro (this position is NOT for Canva designers)
Strong eye for layout, typography, color, and composition
Experience producing content for fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brands preferred
Reliable internet, personal computer capable of running Adobe CC (Photoshop and Illustrator)
Clear written English communication
Organized with file management and naming conventions
Able to meet deadlines and flag blockers early

3. Share an example of a time you received very specific brand guidelines and had to execute within tight constraints. What was hard about it, and what did you deliver?
