About Montra

Montra is an AI-powered creative studio based in Toronto. We're a small, fast-moving team building something new in the ad-tech space.

What You'll Do

- Create short-form video content for social media (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) to grow Montra's brand presence
- Edit and produce product demo videos, feature walkthroughs, and customer-facing content
- Develop engaging visual content that showcases what Montra can do — before-and-afters, platform demos, ad breakdowns
- Repurpose long-form content into snackable clips optimized for each platform
- Collaborate directly with the founder on content strategy and creative direction
- Stay on top of social media trends, editing styles, and what's performing in the AI/ad-tech space

What We're Looking For

- Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar)
- A portfolio that shows you understand pacing, hooks, and retention for short-form content
- Creative eye — you bring ideas, not just execution
- Comfortable working with AI tools and learning new platforms quickly
- Reliable, communicative, and able to work independently with minimal direction
- Understanding of social media algorithms and what makes content perform

Nice to Have

- Experience creating content for SaaS or tech products
- Familiarity with motion graphics or animation
- Experience growing a brand's social media presence from the ground up
