JOB OVERVIEW

We're an Australian property development company helping sophisticated investors achieve developer-style returns without becoming developers themselves. Our audience is 45+, financially literate, and allergic to hype, so everything we publish has to feel premium, credible and understated. We market on trust and proof, not paid ads and volume.

We're looking for a Content Creator who can take raw footage shot by our videographer in Australia and turn it into polished, on-brand social content, then schedule it into Buffer so our content calendar never runs dry. This is a Project-based role that can scale to Part-Time, then Full-Time.

What You'll Be Doing:
+ Editing short-form vertical video (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn clips) from raw footage — cutting, captions, light motion graphics, music and transitions
+ Designing still graphics and carousels from supplied photography (real photos, not flat text cards)
+ Applying our brand guidelines consistently
+ Drafting first-pass captions and hooks in our voice — understated, credible, no hard-sell
+ Scheduling and managing the posting queue in Buffer across channels
+ Repurposing one shoot into multiple pieces of content
+ Keeping a tidy, well-organised asset library

Important note: You're not setting strategy or writing core messaging; that's on the directors! You're the person who reliably turns raw material into finished, published, on-brand content, every week, on time.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:
+ Proven short-form video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar) — portfolio required
+ Strong social graphic design (Canva, ideally Adobe tools too) with a clean, premium eye for layout and type
+ Experience scheduling in Buffer or a similar tool (Later, Hootsuite, Metricool)
+ Discipline to follow a brand guideline precisely — not improvise around it
+ Reliable, self-managing, and comfortable communicating asynchronously
+ Solid written English

Nice to have:
> Experience with property, finance, construction or other premium/professional-services brands
> Motion graphics/animation (After Effects or similar)
> Basic Webflow or WordPress experience
> A good feel for what performs on each platform

How to Apply?
1. Start your application message with the word: "Co-living Create".
2. Brief intro on what you can bring to the table.
3. Your hourly rate (PHP)
4. How many hours per week are you available
5. What hours can you work that overlap with AEST/AEDT (Sydney time)
6. Attach your updated CV
7. A short portfolio or showreel — at least 3 short-form videos and a few social graphics you personally produced
8. One or two lines on your typical turnaround, from raw footage to a finished, scheduled post
9. If you've worked to a brand guideline before, provide one example of on-brand work and a note on the rules you followed

Shortlisted applicants may be asked to complete a short paid test :)
