JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Content Creator who wants to bring your own creative ideas to life. In this role, you will manage and create original and engaging content for our social media platforms and websites, while helping to increase engagement and shape our online identity.

Key Responsibilities

· Create, schedule and publish content across social media platforms and assigned websites.
· Produce and edit short-form content, such as Reels, TikToks and Shorts.
· Monitor trends, competitors, and platform updates to identify new content opportunities.
· Develop creative concepts and campaigns that align with the brand identity.
· Use performance insights to improve future content, test new formats and ideas, and identify opportunities to increase engagement.
· Manage and engage with the community daily, responding to comments, messages, and other interactions in a timely and brand-appropriate way.
· Suggest new ideas and improvements for our social media and digital presence.

Role Requirements

· Proven experience creating or managing content for brands, influencers, businesses or your own social media pages.
· Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends and content performance.
· Great writing and editing skills, including SEO-friendly content.
· Strong social storytelling skills, with the ability to script, film and edit engaging content.
· Proficiency working with video editing tools, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut.
· Ability to move quickly, share and test new ideas, and adjust based on what works best.
· Experience tracking web traffic and user engagement and analyzing performance metrics to improve content and engagement strategies would be a plus.
· Language: Native or professional-level fluent English (written and spoken).
