About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Content Creator / Photo Editor with strong experience in AI-based image creation to join our e-commerce team on a long-term basis.

This role focuses on creating high-quality product images and advertising creatives for our webshop and paid social campaigns. AI is a core part of our workflow, and we are specifically looking for someone who can work extensively and confidently with AI tools while maintaining a professional, realistic, and conversion-focused visual standard.

This is not a short-term or freelance project. We are looking for someone who wants stable, ongoing work and a long-term collaboration.

Responsibilities

Create product images for webshop listings

Create advertising images for Facebook and Instagram ads

Develop clean, premium lifestyle visuals

Generate multiple creative variations for testing purposes

Use AI tools to generate realistic backgrounds, scenes, and environments

Place products into AI-generated scenes and refine them manually

Enhance image quality, lighting, and composition

Edit and improve supplier images (cleanup, branding, consistency)

Add light text overlays, icons, and trust elements when required

Resize and adapt creatives for different placements and formats

Ensure visual consistency with brand guidelines

AI & Creative Workflow (Important)

AI plays a major role in this position. You will be expected to:

Work extensively with AI image generation and enhancement tools

Combine AI-generated visuals with manual editing for natural results

Ensure all AI visuals look commercial, realistic, and trustworthy

Avoid artificial or obviously generated appearances

Required Skills

Strong photo editing skills

Extensive experience working with AI tools for image creation

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop

Advanced knowledge of Canva

Understanding of e-commerce visuals and advertising creatives

Strong attention to detail

Ability to follow instructions precisely

Consistent daily availability

AI Tools Experience (Required)

You should have hands-on experience with some of the following tools:

Midjourney

DALL·E

Stable Diffusion

AI background replacement tools

AI upscaling and image enhancement tools

AI product mockup and placement tools

You do not need experience with all tools, but strong AI proficiency is required.

Nice to Have

Experience creating creatives for Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads

Understanding of conversion-focused design principles

Experience with Shopify stores

Knowledge of creative testing and iteration

Ability to proactively suggest visual improvements

Working Hours

2–3 hours per day

5–6 days per week
