JOB OVERVIEW

We need someone who has AMAZING communication skills and a great personality to communicate and manage our creators that create content for our brand.

- You will reach out to new creators asking if they want to join our creator team
- You will manage a group of content creators and make sure they have every question answered
- You will assign creators to content briefs and review the content after to make sure it is A+

Here are 4 scenarios, you MUST answer each question with your intro message or you will NOT be considered

1. This person sent us content to show what they filmed and they were wearing the carrier incorrectly and didn’t follow the carrier tips we gave them. We can’t use the content because it doesn’t look good and we don’t want to show it being used incorrectly, what do you say?

2. This person received the carrier weeks ago, they haven’t responded to any of our attempts to contact them, we sent them multiple messages. What would you message them?

3. This person sent us content to show what they filmed and it looks really good, everything is perfect. What do you reply to them with?

4. This person has received their carrier 1 week ago but hasn’t filmed any content. You send a message to follow-up with them and they say this message to you, how do you respond?
**The Message** "you have to wait a little longer for the photos. because I can't take them. as soon as my toddler’s health condition is better we will go outside and I will take photos"
