JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Content Creator who can do more than design.

We need someone who understands how to create content that connects, builds trust, and drives real engagement and leads.

This role is for someone creative, proactive, and able to adapt to a brand voice naturally.

What You’ll Do:
• Create content for social media (posts, reels, stories, carousels)
• Write captions that feel real, relatable, and aligned with our tone
• Turn simple ideas into content that sparks conversation and interaction
• Help grow engagement and support lead generation through content
• Adapt quickly to feedback and improve content quality over time
• Take initiative instead of waiting for step-by-step instructions

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong content creation skills (visual + caption writing)
• Ability to match and adapt to a specific brand voice
• Creative thinker with original ideas (not copy-paste content)
• Understands how content leads to engagement, conversations, and leads
• Self-starter with high initiative and ownership
• Organized, reliable, and consistent with deadlines

A Plus:
• Experience in Social Media Management
• Background or interest in health and wellness
• Experience creating content that generates comments, DMs, or inquiries

Rate & Setup:
• $5-$7/hour
• Remote, part-time • Paid trial to start
