JOB OVERVIEW

BondKnows is an early-stage U.S. B2B software startup building a better way for property managers and residents to handle maintenance issues.

We’re looking for a highly creative, fast and detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator & Growth Assistant.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll work directly with the founder to turn rough ideas, voice notes, screenshots, customer conversations and product updates into polished social content.

Responsibilities

* Create high-quality social posts using Canva or similar tools
* Edit short-form videos using CapCut or similar software
* Turn founder voice notes and rough ideas into polished posts
* Create LinkedIn posts, X/Twitter posts, carousels, graphics and short-form video
* Repurpose one idea into multiple content formats
* Maintain a simple weekly content calendar
* Schedule and publish approved content
* Research interesting trends and conversations in property management, real estate and SaaS
* Track basic performance metrics and identify winning content
* Organize our social content, screenshots and creative assets
* Use AI tools such as ChatGPT/Claude effectively while ensuring the final content sounds natural and human

We’re looking for

* Excellent written English
* Strong visual judgment
* Strong Canva skills
* Strong CapCut/video editing skills
* Experience creating B2B or startup content
* Ability to create clean, modern content rather than generic template graphics
* Strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working independently
* Fast turnaround
* Good understanding of LinkedIn, X/Twitter and short-form social media

SaaS, real estate, property management or startup experience is a plus.
