JOB OVERVIEW

Sandbar is seeking a highly creative and self-driven Content Creator & Digital Marketing Specialist to support our marketing and event promotions. This is a fully remote position working with a fast-paced, nightlife-driven brand based in the Cayman Islands.

The ideal candidate will have strong design skills (Adobe Photoshop required), experience creating engaging short-form video content, and the ability to consistently produce high-quality promotional materials with minimal oversight.

You will play a key role in shaping Sandbar’s visual identity across social media, helping drive attendance to events and maintaining a strong, recognizable brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Design high-quality promotional materials including event flyers, posters, and digital assets using Adobe Photoshop (required)

Create engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, promos) from provided footage and raw assets

Edit and repurpose event content into multiple formats for social media

Collaborate remotely with management to plan and execute weekly marketing campaigns

Maintain consistent branding across all content

Assist with content scheduling and social media posting (as needed)

Support digital advertising efforts, including Google Ads and paid social campaigns (preferred)

Requirements:

Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (non-negotiable)

Experience creating high-quality short-form video content

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without supervision

Strong understanding of social media trends and engagement strategies

Reliable communication and responsiveness in a remote work environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in hospitality, nightlife, or event marketing

Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or digital campaign management

Basic knowledge of photography/videography

Experience working remotely with fast-paced teams

This is a remote position (not based in the Cayman Islands)

Work will be project-based with weekly deliverables tied to event schedules

Availability to align with Cayman time zone (EST) for communication is preferred
