We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to help us create and publish high-quality educational content.

Responsibilities

This is a long-term position for someone who enjoys creating high-quality educational content and wants to grow with our team.

Edit and polish educational articles from instructor transcripts and course materials
Use ChatGPT (or similar AI tools) to improve readability, structure, and flow
Create student resources such as Quick Start Guides, lesson summaries, cheat sheets, and study guides
Add diagrams, chess boards, screenshots, and other visuals
Format and publish articles in WordPress
Create simple graphics in Canva
Upload and optimize YouTube videos
Perform simple video editing for YouTube, Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels
Help publish content across our social media channels
Perform quality checks before content goes live
Requirements
Excellent written English
Strong WordPress skills
Experience with Google Docs
Comfortable using Canva
Experience with ChatGPT or similar AI tools
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, or similar)
Outstanding attention to detail
Reliable, organized, and dependable
Available to respond quickly during normal work hours when urgent tasks arise
Creative, proactive, and willing to take initiative
Able to work well with a remote team
Nice to Have
SEO knowledge
YouTube Studio experience
Social media experience
Basic Photoshop skills
Chess playing experience or a club-level rating
