JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We are looking for a results-oriented, self-motivated Content Coordination Specialist with a solid understanding of web page SEO on major retailers such as Amazon. The ideal candidate also has image editing abilities and has fluent English copywriting skills. Being able to not only identify opportunities for improvement on our listings, but to also be able to execute those improvements is key.

SEO & Listing Optimization:
• Conduct keyword research using tools like Helium 10 or Amazon Brand Analytics.
• Optimize product titles, bullet points, backend keywords, and descriptions for discoverability and conversion.
• Track organic keyword rankings and implement strategies to boost visibility.

Image Editing & Creative Support:
• Execute image editing tasks (cropping, background cleanup, adding copy overlays) for Amazon listings and ads.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to develop effective visuals for enhanced content.
• Support the creation and maintenance of A+ Content and Amazon Brand Stores.

Product Information Management (Salsify):
• Enter and manage all product data, updated copy, and images directly within Salsify.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product updates and content rollouts.

Required Qualifications
• Ability to “walk the store” and seek out content improvement opportunities with our product listings
• Native or fluent-level written English with a keen eye for grammar, tone, and clarity.
• Experience working within Salsify or a similar Product Information Management (PIM) system.
• Basic proficiency in Photoshop
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a self-starter mindset.
• Experience with additional retailers such as Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, Target, Home Depot or others

Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with Amazon A+ Content and Brand Stores.
• Previous experience working with large product catalogs
• Comfort using project and task management tools like Jira
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for copywriting, image creation or data analysis
• Familiarity with Pet products
