JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dependable, well-organized, and meticulous Virtual Assistant to help oversee our day-to-day User-Generated Content (UGC) workflow. The primary objective of this position is to ensure creator-submitted content is processed accurately, consistently, and according to established procedures.

Your daily responsibilities will involve accessing our ARUGC creator portal, downloading the latest video submissions, and evaluating, testing, and categorizing one newly submitted video each day. Once a video has been verified, you will publish the approved content to our internal platform, examine all accompanying metadata to confirm its accuracy and completeness, and forward the finalized files together with their metadata to the manager for final verification and approval.

The daily workload is relatively small, generally requiring about one hour to complete. Success in this role depends on maintaining a consistent routine, paying close attention to detail, and following established workflows without deviation. This opportunity is well suited for someone who is proactive, highly organized, capable of working independently, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality throughout the content management process.
