Build an AI-Powered Content Machine With Us
Full-Time Content & AI Tech Assistant

Most content teams are still doing everything manually.

We’re not.

We’re building an AI-powered content and marketing engine that turns ideas into videos, posts, ads, and campaigns quickly and consistently.

To help build and operate that system, we’re hiring a Content & AI Tech Assistant.

This role is part content assistant, part tech assistant, and part AI systems operator.

You’ll help edit and distribute content, support marketing operations, and assist with the automation systems and AI tools that power everything behind the scenes.

You’ll work closely with our lead tech operator, helping run and improve the systems that drive our marketing.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technology, AI tools, content, and learning new systems quickly.

This is not a freelance role and not a side hustle.

We are looking for someone who wants a long-term full-time position and is excited to grow with a team building modern AI-driven marketing systems.

What You'll Be Helping With
Content Editing & Creative Support

Editing video content (primarily using CapCut or similar tools)

Creating short-form clips from longer content

Creating static creatives and simple graphics using tools like Canva

Supporting AI-generated creatives

Content Scheduling & Distribution

Uploading and scheduling content across platforms

Organising content in scheduling tools

Assisting with ongoing content publishing

Marketing & Ad Support

Supporting tasks inside Meta Ads Manager

Uploading creatives and ad variations

Organising campaigns and marketing assets

Tech & Automation Support

Supporting systems built in GoHighLevel

Assisting with automation workflows

Helping maintain internal tech systems

AI Tools & Automation Systems

We are actively building systems that use AI to support marketing operations.

You may help operate or assist with tools such as:

ChatGPT / Claude / large language models

Claude Code

N8N automation

AI-assisted content systems

Internal marketing automation tools

You are not expected to know all of these tools already.

What matters most is that you are comfortable with technology and can learn new tools quickly.

CapCut (or other video editors)

Canva

Meta Ads Manager

N8N

Claude / AI language models

AI creative tools such as Nano Banana

Experience with these tools is helpful, but not required.

We care more about your willingness and ability to learn quickly.

You are someone who is:

You should also enjoy supporting systems and helping a team run efficiently.

This role supports a UK-based team, so strong written and spoken English is essential.

Important Notes

This role is full-time only.

We are not looking for freelancers or people juggling multiple full-time jobs.

We are looking for someone who wants a stable long-term role and is excited to grow as our systems and team expand.
