Role Overview
This role supports our leadership, operations, and marketing teams by owning the behind-the-scenes systems that keep our training, community, and client experience running smoothly. Your work ensures our CRM and automations stay healthy, the contact info we have across all our databases is accurate and categorized correctly, and our leaders stay visible and engaged with our audience across multiple platforms.
CRM Management
-Format and import incoming agent databases to merge accurately into our overall contact system (done first in spreadsheets)
-Isolate and export offboarded agent databases and accurately re-route existing leads
-Sync contacts between CRM and marketing systems
-Maintain overall database health
Paid Lead List Requests
-Completing incoming agent requests for circle prospecting and other paid lead lists
-Scrubbing against our existing database to remove duplicates
-Importing to MOJO dialer for agents
Recruiting CRM Management
-Ensure health of our recruiting database in GHL
-Scrub incoming data against existing contact records

Ideal Candidate Skills
-Obsession with data accuracy (we need to trust that the person who manages all this client contact info formats it faithfully, accurately merges and imports / exports, and proactively reports issues)
-Strong attention to detail and ability to follow existing systems and workflows
-Confident working inside CRMs and spreadsheets including merging sheets, finding and removing duplicates, scrubbing for bad data, and using formulas to fill data gaps
-Tech-comfortable and quick to learn new software platforms
-Highly organized, with the ability to manage recurring daily/weekly tasks reliably
-Proactive, dependable, and responsive—especially in remote/asynchronous environments
