JOB OVERVIEW

I’m hiring a highly skilled PowerPoint storytelling specialist to help me learn and produce McKinsey/Deloitte-style presentations for a strategy-focused corporate role. This is not a basic design job. I’m looking for someone who understands structured thinking, executive communication, and decision-driven storytelling, and who can explain why slides are built a certain way.
You will train me while also co-creating real executive-level decks.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Coaching
Teach consulting-style storytelling frameworks (e.g., pyramid principle, slide logic)

Review my drafts and explain improvements

Coach me on clarity, flow, and executive synthesis

Deck Creation & Support
Create and refine executive-ready PowerPoint decks

Turn raw notes and data into structured slides

Apply clean, consulting-grade formatting and visual hierarchy

Build charts, tables, and summaries for leadership audiences

Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience creating consulting-style PowerPoint decks

Familiarity with McKinsey, Deloitte, BCG, or similar standards

Advanced PowerPoint skills (storytelling, structure, formatting)

Ability to teach and explain thought process

Strong written and spoken English

High attention to detail and quality

Nice to Have
Background in consulting, strategy, finance, or corporate strategy

Experience supporting executives or leadership teams

Experience mentoring or training professionals

Job Details
Location: Philippines (preferred)

Schedule: Part-time, flexible hours

Type: Long-term if performance is strong

Start Date: ASAP

Timezone: Some overlap with U.S. Eastern Time preferred

Please include:

Examples of executive or consulting-style decks (anonymized is fine)

A short description of your experience with storytelling frameworks and which ones you use
