Consultant-Style Virtual Assistant (Content, Design & Tech)

For candidates with professional + technical skills who can manage content, presentations, and systems.

SUBJECT: Professional & Tech-Savvy Virtual Assistant – Long-Term Role with Variety

Hi there!

I’m looking for a sharp, creative, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support me across content, design, and backend systems. This is a long-term role where you’ll help manage PowerPoint decks, content workflows, and digital product systems (Kajabi, Canva, etc.) while learning how a fast-growing consulting and coaching business operates. I have various clients who I work with and am looking for support with tasks for my business and to support tasks for them.

Outcome

Deliver professional content and technical support so the business grows smoothly and clients get an exceptional experience—without me needing to handle every detail.

Responsibilities
• Build and format professional PowerPoint presentations and templates.
• Manage content workflows: repurpose blogs/videos into social posts, format email campaigns.
• Design visuals in Canva aligned to brand guidelines.
• Support Kajabi backend: upload courses, build landing pages, set up automations.
• Troubleshoot light tech (integrations, forms, automations).
• Organize files, track projects, and help document SOPs.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If
• You’ve worked in at least one of these: PowerPoint design, content management, Kajabi/tech VA.
• You can follow a brand style and produce clean, professional visuals.
• You enjoy both creative work (design, writing) and tech work (systems, setup).
• You’re resourceful, detail-oriented, and communicate clearly.
• You’re excited to grow with a business, not just take on short gigs.
