JOB OVERVIEW

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized Virtual Assistant with construction and home maintenance knowledge to manage job intake, triage requests, prepare estimates, and schedule work orders. This role requires sound judgment to prioritize emergencies (e.g., active plumbing leaks) versus routine maintenance (e.g., door adjustments) and the ability to estimate repairs without visiting job sites, based on reports, photos, and inspection notes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review incoming work orders, inspection reports, photos, and repair requests
• Triage and prioritize jobs based on urgency and scope
• Identify true emergencies vs. routine maintenance requests
• Prepare repair estimates using provided pricing guidelines and experience
• Schedule technicians efficiently based on job type, urgency, and availability
• Communicate clearly with office staff, technicians, property managers, and agents
• Escalate complex or safety-related issues appropriately

Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience in construction, home maintenance, or property services
• Strong understanding of common residential repairs (plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical, drywall, doors, etc.)
• Ability to estimate repair scopes and costs remotely
• Experience with scheduling and dispatching service work
• Excellent organizational and decision-making skills
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

Schedule & Availability:
• Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Somewhat flexible schedule
• Must be available during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours

Nice to Have:
• Experience working with inspection reports (home inspections, PICRA-type lists, punch lists)
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, scheduling software, or CRM systems

We do give bonuses based on performance, your schedule operates off of Philippine holiday schedule and we do pay 13 month.
