I own a small real estate company in the U.S. with 30 rental units. I renovate apartments, rent them out, and manage them myself, but I need help.
I’m looking for an experienced Construction, Business Manager VA to help me stay organized during renovations. You’ll track project progress, follow up with contractors, manage receipts and invoices, and keep everything moving behind the scenes.
Must-Haves:
• 2+ years experience in construction or renovation coordination
• Excellent English (spoken + written)
• Very organized and proactive
• Strong with Google Sheets or project tools (ClickUp, Trello, etc.)
Nice to Have:
• Worked with U.S. contractors or investors
• Familiar with property tools like Buildium, or AppFolio
• Light bookkeeping experience
• Bonuses for performance
• Full-time, with 2–4 hours overlap with U.S. Eastern Time
• Paid PH holidays
• Long-term role — I want someone I can rely on
